Stone Ticket was engaged in order to devise and deliver a Corporate Office strategy for MTVH’s UK offices. Following Utilisation Studies across the existing office portfolio we made recommendations leading to the release of 3 leases in North London, the refurbishment of a further existing 6,580 sqft and the acquisition of 22,153 sqft of prime Hatton Garden CAT A space.

Stone Ticket then project and programme managed the 2 concurrent fit outs, managing tenders that appointed a Main Contractor and full consultancy Team, as well as the procurement of new office furniture; resulting in the successful completion of both projects to the delight of the client and colleagues that now occupy the 2 vibrant and collaborative offices.

We are now working to create a new East Midlands HQ for MTVH, with the acquisition and fit out of 34,000 sqft of CAT A space in Nottingham.
