Stone Ticket was appointed to plan and deliver the relocation of Hachette UK, from 5 buildings into 1 new Headquarters in Central London. Stone Ticket was also appointed to deliver the clearances and minor dilapidations associated with the 5 vacated buildings, to strict lease-end timetables and landlord requirements.

The phased relocation of just over 1,000 staff from the 5 separate buildings, involving the packing and relocation of xxxx of books was completed on time and within budget. The relocation included the decommissioning and recommissioning of all desktop IT, including both Macs and PCs.

“We used Stone Ticket for planning and undertaking our large property consolidation project in 2015 which involved moving +1000 staff and disposing of 5 central London offices. Stone Ticket not only seamlessly planned and moved all of our staff; they provided all of the reassurance our staff needed during the period of unsettling change management. After the moves Stone Ticket then undertook all of the required clearance and dilapidation work at the offices we had moved out of and this was done within a very tight timescale without any issues. I would highly recommend Stone Ticket as capable of planning, coordinating and undertaking large office relocation projects and subsequent clearance and dilapidation works, not only for the professionalism and expertise they brought to our project, but also because they are great fun to work with!”
